What this is made of

The photograph

Bokeh — a defocused London at dusk, photographed by Pavel Marianov on 12 June 2015 and published on Wikimedia Commons under CC BY 2.0. The original is 5184×3456; the version served here is cropped to its lower two thirds and scaled to 1920px wide by tools/make-ground.mjs. Nothing else was changed — the softness and the colour are the photograph's own.

It is on this site because the Curb was a market that traded in the street, and because a defocused frame carries real colour without competing with anything set on top of it.

The typefaces

  • Newsreader by Production Type — the wordmark and every heading.
  • Public Sans by the USWDS — the interface.
  • JetBrains Mono — every figure, so columns of money line up.

All three are under the SIL Open Font License and served by Google Fonts.

The contracts

Curb deploys nothing. Every transaction it builds goes to a contract deployed by someone else and verified on Blockscout:

  • Morpho Vault V2 and its factory, and the Morpho Market V1 adapter and its factory — the Morpho Association, GPL-2.0-or-later.
  • Morpho Blue and the Adaptive Curve IRM — the Morpho Association.
  • Uniswap v3's SwapRouter02 and QuoterV2 — Uniswap Labs.
  • USDG, the Global Dollar, issued by Paxos.

The names, oracles and thresholds of the markets listed here are read from Morpho Blue itself; Morpho's public API is used only to find candidates, and nothing it says is displayed without being read back off the chain first.

The mark

A kerb in section — the road, the riser, the pavement, with the level itself in amber. Chosen from fourteen drafts rendered at 16 to 96 pixels on three grounds and inside a mock nav bar. It has one definition, js/mark.js, from which the favicon, the app icons and the social images are all drawn.

Robinhood Chain

Chain 4663, an Arbitrum Orbit chain. Curb is not affiliated with Robinhood, Morpho, Uniswap or Paxos.
