Built on Robinhood Chain

Curb

Raise your own lending vault out of Morpho's factory, choose which tokenized stocks it will lend dollars against, and set the curb on every one of them. Anyone can deposit. The vault is yours, on chain, from the first transaction.

What a Curb vault is

A bank you can charter in an afternoon

Depositors hand you dollars. You lend them to people who have posted tokenized stock as collateral. The stocks you accept, and how much against each, is the entire job — and it is the only thing Curb asks you to decide.

Raise

Three transactions: Morpho's factory makes the vault, its adapter factory makes the vault's link to the lending markets, and one multicall configures everything at once — name, curator, allocator, curbs, rate ceiling.

You are the owner from the first block. Curb is never in the path.

Curb

Every market gets an absolute cap in dollars — its curb. Deposits and allocations that would breach one are refused by the vault itself, not by this website.

Caps are also enforced per collateral and across the whole adapter, so a second AAPL market cannot borrow the first one's room.

Lend

Dollars go to work the moment they arrive: a deposit is routed straight into the market you nominated. Interest comes from real borrowers paying a rate the market sets for itself.

Shares are plain ERC-4626. Your depositors can leave without asking you.

The markets

What there is to lend into

Every USDG market on Morpho Blue that uses the Adaptive Curve rate model — the only kind a Vault V2 adapter will touch. Read live from the chain; the oracle on each one is checked against its Uniswap price before it is offered.

The three transactions

What you sign, and what it does

1 · The vault

VaultV2Factory.createVaultV2 deploys an ERC-4626 vault that holds USDG and answers to you. Roughly 4.5m gas.

2 · The adapter

createMorphoMarketV1AdapterV2 deploys the one contract allowed to move your vault's money into Morpho Blue. Roughly 2.5m gas.

3 · The setup

One multicall: curator, allocator, adapter, a curb on every market you picked, the rate ceiling and where deposits land. Roughly 1m gas.

Why the third one matters more than it looks

A Vault V2 is created with maxRate = 0. That figure is the ceiling on how fast the share price may rise, and at zero the vault's markets earn interest that its depositors never see. It is the default, it is silent, and it is the most expensive mistake available here.

Curb sets the contract's own maximum — the same 200% a year that Steakhouse USDG runs at, a guard against a donation spike rather than a target — and the test suite keeps a second vault built the default way to prove the difference is real: after thirty days its markets had earned $5.66 and its depositors $0.0000.

Where the money is

Curb never holds it

No contract of ours

Every address this site sends a transaction to was deployed by Morpho or Uniswap and is verified on the chain's explorer. There is nothing of Curb's on chain to trust, upgrade or rug.

No fee to us

The only fee a Curb vault can charge is the performance fee its own curator sets, paid to its own curator. Curb takes nothing and has nowhere to take it to.

Your depositors can always leave

Vault V2 gives every holder an in-kind redemption right: forceDeallocate pulls a named market back into the vault so a withdrawal can be paid, whatever the curator is doing. The app plans that route for them automatically.

The risk is the collateral

A vault that lends against a thin stock at a high liquidation threshold can lose money when that stock gaps. That is the decision a curator is making, and Curb shows the depth, the oracle and the threshold beside every curb you set.

The suite raises a vault, curbs it, deposits into it, lets a month of real borrowing accrue, moves money between markets, tries to breach a curb from two directions, and gets everybody out again — through the same builder this page loads. Two of its checks exist to catch the framework lying to itself: a vault built the default way that must pay nothing, and a plain redemption that must fail before the planned one is allowed to succeed.
